The spaceThe House:
This classic beauty has been restored to her original charm and then some! With dozens of sights and eateries within walking distance. The main living space includes original 100-year-old heart pine flooring, fireplace, and windows. Should you decide to try one of your homemade recipe’s, our kitchen is well equipped, including a commercial oven by Dacor, stainless steel cookware, as well as beautiful quartz countertops.
The primary bedroom has a Queen Bed with European inspired en-suite bathroom, with dual vanities and shower heads. The other two bedrooms have a full bed and two twin beds, respectively. The second bathroom includes a cast-iron claw foot tub that was salvaged and restored from a 150 year old home in central Florida.
If not enjoying one of the interior amenities, take a seat on the porch while drinking some coffee specifically made by The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. Take a walk and enjoy our “edible” garden in the backyard—or take a 10 minute walk to the river and enjoy a beautiful sunset and beverage
Guest accessBeautiful quarter an acre backyard with lit up gazebo, Laundry room, deck, gazebo and grill.
