By booking a stay at one of our properties, you (the "Guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.
2. Booking and Payments
- **2.1** Bookings can be made through our official website, affiliated platforms, or directly via phone or email.
- **2.2** Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- **2.3** A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 5 days of checkout, provided no damage is found.
#### 3. Cancellation Policy
- **3.1** Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
- **3.2** Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the first night's stay and taxes.
- **3.3** No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
#### 4. Check-in and Check-out
- **4.1** Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11am on the day of departure.
- **4.2** Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
#### 5. House Rules
- **5.1** No smoking is allowed inside the property.
- **5.2** Pets are not allowed and may be subject to additional fees.
- **5.3** Guests agree to respect the property and neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10pm to 9am.
- **5.4** Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately and may be subject to additional charges.
#### 6. Liability
- **6.1** Amelia is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
- **6.2** Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is locked and secured when not present.
#### 7. Privacy Policy
- **7.1** Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
#### 8. Amendments
Amelia Ave, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes prior to their check-in date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County.
